Vincent Dean Miller, 45, of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.  He was born in Hammond, Indiana on Sept. 24, 1978. A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Memorial donations may be made at First Bank in Decherd to help care for his children.
