Josephine “Jo” Neal, 84, of Shelbyville passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Nov. 25, 2023. Jo was born Feb. 15, 1939, in Moore County, Tennessee to the late Ernest Thurston (Brice) Fanning and Johnnie B. McKenzie. Services will be conducted by Jennings-Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Lynchburg on Wednesday, Nov. 29 at Noon with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Lynchburg Cemetery.
