Rosa Lee Sisk Jacks, 86, of Decherd, passed away on Nov. 22, 2023, at her residence. She was born on June 18, 1937, in Sand Mountain, Alabama, to the late Tom Judge and Lillie Bell Wilbanks.

Funeral Services were held Monday, Nov. 27 at the Roy B. Watson Chapel at Watson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Little Mountain Cemetery in Keith Springs.

Watson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
