Frances Hoeman passed away peacefully on Nov. 29, 2023 after a brief illness. A devoted wife and mother, she was much loved by family and friends. Born and raised in Portsmouth, NH, she moved to Winchester with her husband when they retired.

No formal services for Mrs. Frances are planned at this time.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
