Steven Gregory “Greg” Caldwell Obituary
Steven Gregory “Greg” Caldwell was born on April 14, 1974 in Tullahoma. He passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024 after an extended illness.
Greg is survived by his wife of 20 years, Loria Dalton Caldwell; his sons, Avery Caldwell and Reese Caldwell; his parents, Shelby and Donna Pruitt; mother-in-law, Peggy Jarrell and her special friend, Chuck Keneske. Additionally, Greg had many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Greg was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James and Betty Buchanan; aunt, Teresa Cole; nephew, JC Fisher; his father-in-law, James Dalton; and sister-in-law, Candice McLaughlin. Greg was a member of Grace Baptist Church and loved the Lord. He was a true Alabama fan and loved to watch them play football. Some of his other interests were fishing, grilling out, motorcycle riding, and watching his boys play for the East Middle School and Tullahoma High School Marching Band. Greg was a devoted husband and father. He was a kind and gentle spirit that always had time to help others.
Visitation was held on Friday, Jan. 5, 2024 at Kilgore Funeral Home. Per his wishes, Greg will then be cremated. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society. Greg will be greatly missed, but it helps bring peace to know that he is in heaven, no longer sick, and praising the Lord.
