James Phillip “Jimmy” Judge, 84, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024, at Elk River Health and Rehabilitation Center.  A native of Franklin County, he was born on January 7, 1940, to the late Victor and Stella (Holder) Judge.  Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024, in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
