Pamela Joy Vann, 64, of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024, at Lynchburg Nursing Center.  She was born in Harvey, Illinois on April 18, 1959, to the late J.B. and Anna Sue (Elliott) Hill. 

Funeral Services were held Feb. 15 in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Steve Macon officiating.  Interment followed at Watson Memorial Park. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
