Cathleen M. Bowen, 68, of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems.  She was born in Elora on Jan. 8, 1956, to the late Woodrow and Virginia Mae (Edwards) Martin. 

Funeral Services were held Feb. 21 in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home with Alan Roggli officiating. Interment followed at Watson Memorial Park.

Watson Funeral Home and Memorial Park was in charge of arrangements.
