Kandy Evelyn (Garner) Johnson, 58, of Winchester, passed away on Feb. 29, 2024.  A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on August 11, 1965, to the late Ronnie Garner and Mary Ann (Davis) Prince.

Visitation was held from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2024, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral services followed at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment followed at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
