Ella Fair Mathis, 100, of Decherd passed away March 25, 2024, at Elk River Nursing Center in Winchester. A Franklin County resident, she celebrated her 100th birthday on December 4, 2023.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 27, at Mt. Garner Cemetery in Decherd with Pastor Robert Tipps officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to Winchester Christian Academy.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
