Richard Dale (Ricky) Elliott, 70, of Winchester passed away July 14, 2024, at St. Thomas Rutherford, surrounded by his family. Ricky was born April 16, 1954, to the late James Leon and Reva Tucker Elliott. 

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17 at Watson Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 3 p.m. in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
