William Keith Neal, 52, of Estill Springs, passed away on Friday, Oct. 4, 2024, at St. Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro. Keith was born in Tullahoma on Feb. 11, 1972.

A self-employed contractor, he had worked on many projects in the community through his company, Keith Neal Construction. An avid sportsman, he was happy when he was in the woods hunting deer and turkey, fishing, or cheering on his beloved University of Tennessee Volunteers. But most of all, Keith loved his family. He cherished the time spent with his family, whether it was being a proud soccer dad or being together in the great outdoors. Keith was a member of Winchester Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

He was preceded in death by infant twins (son and daughter), father, William Archie Neal; grandparents, Ardie W. Champion, Dorothy Champion, and Ross and Ruth Neal; and uncle, Larry Champion. Keith is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Neal; children, Karly Neal, and Kirsten Neal; mother, Linda (Daniel) Stewert; siblings, Sandra (Bobby) Simpson, Jeffrey (Ally) Neal, Tia (Stoney) Morris, and Robert (Stephanie) Thompson; mother and father-in-law, Michelle (Tim) Darr, and James Grant; brother and sister-in-law, David (Belinda) Grant; nieces and nephews, Cadence Neal, Addison Neal, Peyton Morris, Neyland Grant, Norah Grant, and Mollie Grant; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be from 5 – 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home as well as from 1 – 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11, at Winchester Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, Oct. 11, at Winchester Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Michael Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Green Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Neal Family Trust, Attn: Jeremy Bell, 111 West Grundy St, Tullahoma, TN 37388.
