Brenda Kay Brewer, 70, of Estill Springs, passed away on Monday, Nov. 4, 2024, at Vanderbilt-Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma.  A native of Franklin County, she was born on Feb. 8, 1954, in Winchester to the late Artis Floyd and Bessie Lou (Shockley) Isbell. 

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Pastor Bobby McBee officiating.  Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
