Joe Randall Phillips, 70, of Flintville, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. 

He was born on Oct. 18, 1954, in Tullahoma to the late Aubrey Clayton Phillips and Lorene (Hunt) Phillips. 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18 at Watson Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1 p.m. in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home with Carl Brown officiating.  Interment will follow at Keith Springs Cemetery.
