John Wayne McDowell, 76, of Franklin, formerly of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 21, 2024, at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin.  He was born in Fayetteville on July 19, 1948, to the late Carl and Evelyn (Burkhalter) McDowell. 

Funeral Services were held Monday, Dec. 23 in the Chapel of Watson Funeral Home with Rev. Kris Roberts officiating.  Interment followed at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Watson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
