Charles Edward Burnette was born in Belvidere, Tenn., on Oct. 25, 1942 to the late William Edward and Jewel (Gray) Burnett.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025, in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Watson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
