Larry Jay Owens, 49, of Winchester, unexpectedly left the walks of this life on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. A native of Franklin County, he was born on March 17, 1975, in Winchester to Larry and Debbie Owens.

Visitation was held Monday, March 17, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with funeral services following in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Lester Ashley and George Sells officiating.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
