Rocky Deon Sanders, 49, of Winchester, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Waters of Winchester.  A native of Franklin County, Rocky was born in Winchester on August 16, 1975. 

Funeral Services were held Friday, March 21, 2025, in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Interment followed at Green Cemetery.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
