Douglas “Doug” McArthur Partin, 83, of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Highpoint Health-Winchester.  A native of Franklin County, he was born in Decherd on Dec. 12, 1941, to the late Walter and Nellie Norma (Gillespie) Partin.

Funeral Services were held Tuesday, April 22, 2025 in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Wade Campbell officiating.  Interment followed at Franklin Memorial Gardens. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
