Marty Ray Delashmitt of Belvidere, Tennessee, was born on May 28, 1958, in Chattanooga to the late Franklin Edgar (“Bud”) and Geneva Maye (nee: Ruth) Delashmitt. He departed this world on May 4, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family.

A memorial gathering will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like for donations to be made to the Fallen Lineman Foundation (fallenlinemanfoundation.com)
