Glenn Ray Hall, 96, passed away on May 20, 2025. A lifelong resident of Franklin County, Hall passed away in a Manchester nursing home facility from natural causes. His was born on Aug 26, 1928 to Pink and Theo Texas Hall in Belvidere

Services were held Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangement.
