John “Phillip” Miller, 60, of Belvidere, Tenn., passed away on July 14, 2025, at St. Thomas Rutherford. He was born in Harvey, Ill., on Feb. 22, 1965, to the late Elbert and Wilma (Steele) Miller.

Visitation was held Friday, July 18, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, in the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Interment to immediately follow in Keith Springs Cemetery.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
