Pamela Jean Coulson, 69, of Decherd, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Highpoint Health in Winchester. Pamela was born on Dec. 19, 1955, in Winchester, to the late Ernest and Georgia (Henley) Perry.

Visitation was held Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral service was on Sunday, Aug. 3, 2025, from the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment followed in Franklin Memorial Gardens with Dewayne, Scottie, Ronnie, Troy, Shane and Benji all serving as pallbearers. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
