Elaine Stumpf, 88, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, Aug. 4, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on April 3, 1937, to the late Jesse Thomas and Eva Lena (Brandon) Farris. 

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025, in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Philip Mcabee officiating.  Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
