Patricia Ann Parsons, age 86 of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at Franklin Manor.  She was born on Sept. 10, 1938, to the late Hurdie Chester and Edith Marie (Feiss) Parsons in Welch, West Virginia.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. with Joe Rutherford officiating. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Multi-County Cancer Support Network, P.O. Box 633, Decherd, TN 37324.
