Robert E. “Boots” Colbert, 99, of Belvidere, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Highpoint Medical Center in Winchester. He was born in Madison County, Alabama on November 22, 1925, to the late Robert William and Pearl (Branum) Colbert. 

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025, in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Joe Butler officiating.  Interment will follow at Maxwell Cemetery.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
