On Oct. 1, 2025, at 82 years old, Ronald Forrest Limbaugh was welcomed with open arms into the Promise Land by his Heavenly Father. Ronald was born on Sept. 21, 1943 to Dorothy Zimmerman Limbaugh and Forrest Limbaugh at his grandmother’s home in the Farris Chapel Community.

The family received friends at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025. A funeral service honoring Ronald’s life followed at funeral home, led by Rev. Ronnie Pittenger and Rev. Randy Brown. Pallbearers were Luke Limbaugh, Shay Housley, Shad Housley, David Scharber, Jaden Frame, and Quinton Steele. Following the service, Ronald was laid to eternal rest at Belvidere United Christian Church, alongside generations of family who came before him.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
