Charles N. Holcomb, 88, of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025, at Hospice of Chattanooga.  He was born in Resaca, Georgia on Sept. 17, 1937, to the late Floyd Henry and Winnie Ela (Blankenship) Holcomb. 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with funeral service following from the chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Paynes Baptist Church Cemetery.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
