Linda “Mammie” Kate Cauble, 82, of Lynchburg passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, at her residence. She was born on April 18, 1943, in Huntsville, Alabama, to the late Horace and Ruby (Tidwell) Ervin.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025, at County Line Baptist Church from 2-3 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 3 p.m. officiated by Aaron Hasty and Kelly Lewis. Burial will immediately follow in the County Line Baptist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Matt Thrower, Josh Thrower, Benjamin Garland, Rodney Ervin, Blane Tankersley, Mason Henshaw, Jimmy Davidson, and Ryder Ervin; Noah Blankenship will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
