Richard Ray Curtis, 69, of Decherd, passed away on Monday, December 1, 2025, at Highpoint Health Medical Center.  A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on October 17, 1956, to the late Billy Ray and Nellie B. (Hall) Curtis.

Visitation will be from 12-2pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services were held Thursday,, Dec. 4 in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with James C. Thomas officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Franklin Memorial Gardens to go towards a memorial.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
