Margaret Ann Rutledge Hall, 81, of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026.  She was born in Dunlap, Tennessee, on Aug. 9, 1944, to the late Earl Howard Rutledge and Villa Hughes Rutledge. 

Visitation was held Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Winchester Cumberland Presbyterian Church.  A Celebration of Life followed with Rev. Dr. Michael Clark officiating. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
