I don’t understand the reasoning behind the traffic light change on W.  Lincoln at the Food Lion shopping center.

The blinking yellow light for Lincoln doesn’t always slow the traffic down, and pulling out form the shopping center can be very difficult because of the bushes, etc. blocking the view to the left.

If I am driving on Lincoln, I don’t mind at all stopping for a red light to allow people to pull out safely from the shopping center

Everyone should be willing to do that!
