Elaine Quinn, 72, of Winchester, passed away on Tuesday, Sept.  30, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  A native of Franklin County, she was born on May 25, 1953, to the late Jack and Marguerite (Walls) Powers. 

Funeral Services were held Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Larry Sanders officiating. Interment followed at Mt. Garner Cemetery. Thanks to Amedysis Hospice for taking such good care of her life in her final days.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
