Partners for Healing announce Ashley Townsend as Executive Director

Local nonprofit organization Partners for Healing have announced Ashley Oberlander Townsend as its new executive director.
“Ashley brings years of invaluable non-profit and grant experience to the organization,” the organization said in a press release.
Townsend has a Master of Science from the University of Memphis and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Business, per Partners for Healing.
“As a nonprofit organization, Ashley’s working knowledge of grant management will be a tremendous asset to the clinic” Board member Lynn Brumfield stated.
In addition to management of the overall clinic operations, Townsend will be responsible for programming, public relations, and fundraising.
Outgoing Executive Director Emily Sisk said her last day will be on Wednesday, Aug. 13, and shared her excitement about what was next for the nonprofit.
“It has been a pleasure working with you all over the last three years,” Sisk said. “I’m excited for the future of Partners for Healing under Ashley’s leadership.”

Partners for Healing has provided free primary care and behavioral health services to the uninsured who live and/or work in Coffee, Franklin, and Moore counties for over 20 years. The clinic operates at two locations–109 W. Blackwell St. in Tullahoma and 1914 McArthur St. in Manchester. The clinic hours for the Tullahoma location are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday. The clinic is also opened every second Saturday of the month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The clinic hours for the Manchester location are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
