City recognizes employees for years of service to the community
The City of Tullahoma recently recognized 16 employees in 2025 for multiple years of service to the community.
The recognized employees are as follows:

Ed Host, Captain – 25 years
Greg Griffin, Engineer – 5 years
Joseph Hale, Engineer – 5 years
Michael McChesney, Engineer – 5 years
Tullahoma Police Department
Johnny Gore, Investigator – 30 years
Bobby Ferrell, Crossing Guard – 25 years
Justin Blackburn, SRO – 5 years
Tullahoma Parks and Recreation
Ian Anderson, Parks and Grounds Manager – 35 years
Ted Johnson, Recreation Leader – 25 years
Jacqueline Rippy, Recreation Leader – 10 years
Tullahoma Public Works
Jamie Moore – 15 years
Norman Fannon – 10 years
Dewayne Faulk – 5 years
Thomas Morales – 5 years
Eric Pierce – 5 years
Michael Rauch – 5 years
The lunch event was held on Thursday, May 29 at The Atlantic Venue in downtown Tullahoma and was organized by the Human Resources Department. Employees are recognized at every five-year milestone of service to the city with a lapel pen and a personalized gift of appreciation. Each employee was introduced by their respective department heads with short statements about their service and personal stories, along with a special thank you from city officials.
“True commitment to service goes beyond simply showing up to work each day—it’s about embracing a deeper sense of purpose and responsibility to the community you serve,” said City Administrator Jason Quick. “Daily, our staff all work behind the scenes to make sure our city is the finest around. No city has a finer group of dedicated employees than Tullahoma does, and it shows.”
