Baker & Cole celebrates 55 Years of agent industry experience
The Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors (MTAR) held their “Hall of Fame” luncheon at the new REALTOR Event Center in Murfreesboro on Aug. 7. This function is held annually to acknowledge Middle Tennessee real estate agents achieving twenty-five years or more service, to the industry. After the twenty-five-year mark, agents are invited back in five-year increments to celebrate additional milestones in their careers. Commemorative pins and certificates are presented to all honorees.
At this year’s luncheon, Baker & Cole (B&C) Properties, agents, Susan Baker and Eric Fruehauf, were honored. Baker, the principal broker and co-owner of the firm was acknowledged for her 30-year dedication and Fruehauf, realtor and auctioneer was celebrated for his 25 years.
Baker says, “2024, is shaping-up to be a wonderfully prosperous year of milestones, for B&C.” Earlier this year, they were voted Tullahoma’s Finest “Real Estate Agency.” B&C’s team excels through diversity and complimentary blend of varied professional experiences. Seasoned agents offer strength and wisdom from decades worth of knowledge attained by assisting individual clients. Newcomers to the field, bring outside-the-box approaches and fresh perspectives to an age-old business, and in-betweeners bring in the balance needed to synergize the team’s dynamics.
Baker & Cole Properties is incredibly grateful for their team, and most importantly, the opportunity to be of service to Tullahoma and the surrounding communities, who make their success possible.
