Ted Alexander Hutcheson Obituary
Ted Alexander Hutcheson died unexpectedly on June 1, 2024, at the age of 59 at Citrus Memorial Hospital, Inverness FL.
Ted was born on April 2, 1965. He was a loved son of Lex and Lynn Hutcheson of Tullahoma where he grew up. Ted earned his Eagle Scout award and was a member of the Tullahoma High School Singers. After graduating from Tullahoma High School, he studied graphic design at The Art Academy of Cincinnati.
Ted was very successful in his professional life, beginning his career in Atlanta. He worked at Ulta in Chicago, Home Depot in Atlanta, Frontgate in Cincinnati, Ashley Furniture and most recently Habitue as an Executive Leader in Tampa. He also enjoyed volunteering with Big Brother, Habitat for Humanity and Metropolitan Ministries.
He was an avid bicycler and triathlete, completing many triathlons and Iron Man competitions.
In recent years, Ted lived in Bushnell, FL, where he enjoyed working with the homeless and underserved, and creating beautiful landscaping around his home.
Ted is survived by his children, daughter Allison of Tampa, FL, son Ryan of West Palm Beach, FL, and son Andrew of Tampa, FL, their mother, Kathy Hines Hutcheson of Tampa, FL, parents Lex and Lynn of Tullahoma, twin brother Tim of Cincinnati, OH, sister Lisa Hutcheson Morton of Tullahoma, and sister Laura Hutcheson (Matthew Glassmeyer) of Bethel, OH.
He will be interred at Rose Hill Cemetery in Columbia at a later date.
