Nora Mae Burkhalter, 94, of Winchester passed away on Jan. 1, 2024, at Lynchburg Nursing Center. She was born on Sept. 21, 1929, to the late Walter and Artie Bean Bailey of Winchester Springs. Funeral Service was held on Friday, Jan. 5, 2024 in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment followed in Winchester Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Multi-County Cancer Support Network, 501 West Broad St, Decherd, TN 37324.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
