Motlow hits triple digits in Dyersburg State win

The Motlow Bucks men’s basketball team sank 47% of its 3-point shot attempts and rolled to a 112-84 win over Jackson State this past week at Copperweld Arena.

Motlow (6-16, 3-10) will host Dyersburg State on Saturday, Feb. 11 at 4 p.m. at Copperweld Arena.

Fourteen Bucks played against Jackson State and all 14 scored. Motlow hit 41-78 shots from the field for 52.6%, including 15-32 from 3-point range and 15-21 free throws.

Mi’Quan Tucker led the Bucks in scoring with 19 points and added six rebounds, two steals, and two blocked shots. LaVonte Harris had 13 points along with six rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

Raymon Adams scored 10 points and added six rebounds and two steals, and Isaiah Curry scored 10 with a pair of rebounds. Debron Russell led Motlow with seven rebounds along with seven points, two steals, and two blocked shots.

Kolbe Gray led Motlow in assists with five while scoring eight points and adding two steals.
