AEDC at 75: AEDC testing helps put man on the moon
A scale model of the Apollo Command and Service Module is tested at what was then known as Arnold Engineering Development Center in 1962. Testing was conducted at AEDC, now known as Arnold Engineering Development Complex, throughout the 1960s in support of the Apollo program, which landed the first man on the moon in July 1969.
