Roy Allen Graham, 86, of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  A native of Franklin County, he was born on Oct. 15, 1936, to the late Alma Louise Weddington.  Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, at Watson Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 4 p.m. in the Roy B. Watson Chapel.  Interment will be at Winchester City Cemetery with Raymond Graham, Joseph Graham, Louis Graham, Timothy Graham, Eric Elliott, and Christopher Suns serving as pallbearers.
