Charles “Charlie” Edward Horton, 73, of Winchester, passed away on Friday, Aug. 11, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on Oct. 25, 1949, to the late James Edward and Lizzie Mae (Haney) Horton. Funeral Services were held Tuesday, Aug. 15, in the Chapel of Moore- Cortner Funeral Home with James King officiating.  Interment followed at Winchester Memorial Park.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
