Marvarene Garner Vincent, 90, of Winchester, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems.  She was born in McMinnville, Tennessee on Oct. 18, 1933, to the late Dudley E. and Gertrude (Adams) Garner. 

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17 in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Bro. John Segree officiating.  Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
