First Vision Bank adds Heather Crenshaw to Board of Directors

The First Vision Bank Board of Directors recently added local accounting professional Heather Crenshaw to their board.

Crenshaw, a Franklin County native, has been an active member in the community for more than 20 years.

“We’re excited to name Heather to our board as her experience and vision are a welcomed addition to the current group,” said President and CEO Mike Rowland.

Regarding her professional experience, Crenshaw is a certified public accountant and partner in the Winchester based accounting firm Clark, Knies & Crenshaw, PLLC. 

Born and raised in Winchester, she graduated from Franklin County High School in 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Alabama in 2002. 

After graduating, Crenshaw returned home for a year to work with her parents in their family business before enrolling at Belmont University in the Summer Accounting Institute. 

During her time in Nashville, she worked with the Nashville Bun Company as an assistant controller while obtaining her Master of Accountancy at Belmont University. 

After transitioning to work with Ernst & Young, PC in Nashville for a few years, she returned home and joined the accounting firm where she is now a partner.

Crenshaw is married to Edward Crenshaw Jr., and they have three children attending schools in Franklin County.  She and her family are active members of the First United Methodist Church, Winchester, Tennessee, where she serves on the Finance and Missions committees. 

In addition, she is a former member of the Winchester Rotary Noon Club and currently serves on the boards of the Franklin County Chamber and Franklin County Country Club as Treasurer of both.

“Our board understands southern Middle Tennessee is a vibrant and growing place. It is our goal to keep First Vision Bank on solid financial footing while offering products and services to meet the needs of the communities we serve,” Rowland added.

Along with Heather Crenshaw, the current board is comprised of John Roberts, Sr – Chairman, Mike Rowland – President / CEO, Dennis Daniel, Nelson Hatchett, Greg Vaughn, Jeffrey W. Keele, Tina Rose and Steven Waldron.
