Marco’s Pizza coming in retail building deal

Foundry Commercial is pleased to announce the recent closing on a newly renovated retail building at 930 North Jackson St. in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Marco’s Pizza has signed on as the first tenant, securing 1,883 square feet of space, with plans to open in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Foundry Commercial senior associate Molly Marcum represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction. The property offers several additional suites, and negotiations are currently underway with two national quick-service restaurant (QSR) tenants. Available spaces at the shopping center range from 1,117 to 1,500 square feet, with buildout readiness expected by October 1, 2024.

Situated along Tullahoma’s main thoroughfare, North Jackson Street, the shopping center benefits from prime visibility. It is located directly across from Tullahoma High School and is just one block away from prominent retailers such as Publix, Old Navy, Five Below, Ulta Beauty, and Marshalls, making it an attractive location for prospective tenants.
