Melba Jean Garner, 85, of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024, at Franklin Manor.  She was born in Aurora, Mo., on May 13, 1939, to the late Walter William and Dorothy Nell (Bradley) Hunter. Private services are planned.
