Peggy Ann Eggleston Obituary

Peggy Ann Eggleston of Tullahoma passed away on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024 at the Life Care Center of Tullahoma at the age of 76.

Ms. Eggleston was born in Tullahoma to the late Elmer and Mary Ethel Judkins Bell. During her life, she worked as a film processer for Fuji Film, and was a member of Grundy Street Church of Christ. Peggy loved cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, and was a true VFL. In addition to her parents, Ms. Eggleston was preceded in death by one brother, Lewis Bell, and one sister, Susie Reed.

She is survived by her children; Terri (Robert) Russ, Ronald “Bubba” II (Debbie) Eggleston, and Katrina (Jamaal) Northcutt; grandchildren, Heather (Cory) Duggin, Derek Russ, Haley Eggleston, Haden Eggleston, Devon (Haley) McElhaney, Dylan (Paige) McElhaney, Kassy McElhaney, and Paizley Northcutt; great-grandchildren, Kingston Eggleston, Noah Carter-Russ, and Kellin McElhaney; two brothers, Elmer Jr. (Paulette) Bell, and Bethel (Rema) Bell; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Ms. Eggleston was held Tuesday, Sept. 17 at Kilgore Funeral Home, with a graveside service immediately following at Oakwood Cemetery with Billy Robison officiating. Derek Russ, Haden Eggleston, Devon McElhaney, Dylan McElhaney, Brandon Bell, and Jonathan Bell served as pallbearers, and Kingston Eggleston served as an honorary pallbearer.

Kilgore Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
