Construction will start soon on the first four homes in Sagewood Subdivision in north Tullahoma. The new 98-lot subdivision is located on Short Springs Road between Brookfield and Blantonwood Subdivisions. The first phase of 60 lots in the development is complete. 

Allan Howard is the subdivision developer and Ole South of Murfreesboro will build and market the homes. 

The typical lot size is one-fourth acre.  All utilities are underground and there will be sidewalks throughout the neighborhood.

Homebuyers can choose from 12 home plans.  Homes will range in size from 1,300 to 2,700 sq. ft.  Base pricing for the homes is in the lower $300,000s.  Each home will include a 2-car garage and all kitchen appliances.  Exteriors will be 4-sides brick with masonry accents.  Three-car garages and covered exterior living areas are optional. 

Showings can be made by appointment.  A model home is available at Stillwater, another Ole South development on Wilson Avenue.   The Stillwater model home is open daily and by appointment.

Allan Howard has developed six other Tullahoma subdivisions including Emerald Meadows, Copperas Creek, Woodridge Estates, Pinnacle Point, Woodlands, and Legacy Preserve.
