At the annual Governor’s Conference on Hospitality and Tourism held last week in Kingsport, Stephanie Keller, GM of the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, walked away with Lodging Manager of the Year-Small Market recognition.

Ms. Keller, the Inn’s General Manager for the past eight years, was excited to receive the award. “What an amazing privilege it is to serve not only our community but also the thousands of tourists that travel through our great town of Tullahoma. It is an honor to work with Vision Hospitality Group under the guidance of Mitch Patel that allows me to live this wonderful life that hospitality brings.”

From housekeepers to executive chefs, front desk agents to tourism leaders, the awards highlighted those who go above and beyond to deliver unforgettable experiences across Tennessee.

Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Hope Nunley was quick to recognize Ms. Keller’s contribution to hospitality in Tullahoma. “We are so proud of Stephanie Keller and thrilled to see her recognized at the Governor’s Conference. Stephanie’s leadership at Holiday Inn Express and Suites reflects the exceptional hospitality that makes our community such a welcoming destination. The Chamber is proud to see our tourism partners setting the standard of excellence and creating memorable experiences that bring visitors back to our city again and again.”

Amanda McGowan, Director of Operations for South Central Tennessee Tourism based in Lynchburg, nominated Ms. Keller and was present when Ms. Keller was recognized at the Conference. “Stephanie was nominated for this Award because of her exceptional dedication to customer service, commitment to her team and her unwavering support for her community. We’re honored to have leaders like Stephanie representing our region and raising the bar for what it means to Experience Tennessee.”
