Jimmy Ray Turner, 78, of Estill Springs, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, at his residence.  A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on Sept. 26, 1947, to the late James Daniel and Ray Belle (Limbaugh) Turner. 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Jim Thomas officiating.  Burial will be held at a later date at Arlington Cemetery. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
